If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly replace the product or issue a full refund after you return the product. No additional shipping fees will be charged for replacements of damaged or incorrect shipments. Please review our full policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To ensure the authenticity of our products and maintain customer privacy, we operate under a ‘closed box delivery’ policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may return it to LAYN under the following conditions:
- If you find any defect (damaged, defective, or wrong product) after opening the box, notify our Customer Support Team as soon as possible via inbox or our hotline at +8801865999901, along with a picture or video proof.
- You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Used or swatched products, as well as liquid/semi-liquid products, will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged if the buyer changes their mind or is unsatisfied with the smell, texture, color, or design of the product.
- Once the seal is broken or if the product does not suit your skin or preferences, the Return Policy will no longer be valid.
- In case of ordering the wrong product, we may exchange it if you cover the return and re-sending shipping costs. However, this special exchange is subject to product type, condition, and management approval.
2. Conditions for Returns
To process your return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- You must return the product in its original packaging, along with the original invoice and the intact LAYN box.
- The product packaging and contents must be undamaged and unused (unless defective or damaged upon delivery).
3. Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, including opened beauty, skincare, hair care, and baby care products, cannot be returned once used or opened.
4. How to Return Your Product
To return your product, follow these steps:
- For Customers in Dhaka: Our Customer Service will arrange for a pickup of the product from your location, free of charge (*Conditions apply).
- For Customers Outside Dhaka: Please send the product back to us via Sundarban Courier Service. If your return is valid, we will reimburse the courier charge.
5. Return & Resending Costs
- If your return claim is validated, we will bear the cost of the return and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra charge.
- If your return claim is not valid (e.g., product seal broken, product used, or issue not meeting our return criteria), you will be responsible for the return and resending costs, and the same product will be sent back to you.
